Finding Port de la Conférence
The pier is on the right bank directly under Pont de l'Alma, reached by Métro line 9 (Alma–Marceau), line 1 (Franklin D. Roosevelt) or RER C (Pont de l'Alma).
Parking at the pier
A car park sits about 20 metres from the boats, with ramp access down from Pont de l'Alma, for anyone arriving by car.
What to wear
Evening sailings require formal dress across all three dinner menus — Harmonie, Prestige and Excellence alike.
Guide dogs welcome
Guide dogs are allowed on board; other animals aren't.
Arriving on time
Boarding runs 7:30 to 8:15pm; arriving close to the 8:15pm cut-off still allows time to be seated before the 8:30pm departure, though seats are assigned by availability rather than guaranteed in advance.
